A JOURNEY INTO THE PREHISTORIC PAST
The prehistoric settlement of Torralba is distinguished by its well-preserved sanctuary, dominated by an impressive five-metre high 'taula'. This cult monument, together with two circular talayots and a semi-subterranean hypostyle hall, reflects the rich history and constructional perfection of the period. Visitors can immerse themselves in the Talayotic past, which stretches from the 10th century BC to the Roman occupation, and discover artefacts such as Punic censers and a small bronze bull.
