Es Molí de Foc offers a unique gastronomic experience. Its gastronomic offer is centred on rice dishes, ranging from dry rice dishes to broths, including black rice and "a banda", all of which are worthy of mention. Diners can enjoy excellent traditional recipes reinterpreted with new flavours, always using the best raw materials and giving special emphasis to local produce. Located in an old 19th century mill with modernist decoration, garden and terrace in the centre of the village, it has one of the most complete wine cellars on the island.
In the building next to the restaurant, they produce Grahame Pearce, an award-winning beer, recognised as one of the best European craft beers. Reservations are recommended.
