Tarambana

Tarambana is a new restaurant located in the beautiful port of Cales Fonts (Es Castell) at the mouth of the port of Mahon, is a fresh and tastefully decorated space, with a great terrace to perceive the atmosphere of the port and enjoy an informal Mediterranean cuisine.

In his letter predominate the things "To share", with a lot of proposals. The usual (Croquettes, Hummus, Burrata, Tuna Tartar, Calamares a la andaluza without gluten) but with a touch of their own, and some more original and different dishes, such as the Sea bass Tiradito with Ponzu sauce, the Thai Mussels, the Artichoke Flower confit. In the "Main" section there are four meat dishes that look very good (Duck, Veal Vermella Menorquina, Lechal de Menorca and Iberian Pork), two seafood dishes and one vegetable dish. They also have an interesting assortment of "Desserts", some of them gluten-free, lactose-free or nut-free, which is appreciated.

One of the indispensable of the Menorcan summer, and of the whole year, because they have vocation of not stopping when the fresh air comes!
