Binissaida oleotourism

Oil, the liquid gold that has reigned for centuries in the Mediterranean, is one of the backbones of the Sant Joan de Binissaida project. That is why we encourage you to take part in an olive oil tourism visit to the estate, during which you will see the plantation of more than 1,500 olive trees, learn how we make olive oil on the estate itself, and learn how to taste it, appreciating all its organoleptic characteristics.
