For two days, on the 21st and 22nd of September, the Recinte Firal des Mercadal becomes a showcase for the best local produce and a culinary agora. Menorcan and foreign chefs explain products, techniques and recipes, showing the world what Menorcan cuisine is, what the traditional and new ingredients are, and highlighting its role as an engine of economic revitalisation and tourist attraction.
