Queso Santa Catalina

Santa Catalina is an estate surrounded by forest, located at kilometre 10 of the road from Maó to Fornells. The estate has 140 hectares, 80 of which are under sowing crops. The maturing and drying cellars are in an old "païsa", a listed and protected building.

We produce an artisan cheese from the Mahon-Menorca D.O.: the milk is raw, the skin is natural, free of waxes and plastics.

We are more than cheese producers: we are artisans, lovers of tradition and the unique character of each piece.
