The best dish of Menorca

Ingredients for 4 persons: 1 kilo 600 grams of live lobsters (best one piece), sixteen slices of country bread and unsalted white Mahon (bar, no), a large onion, a large ripe tomato, two garlicsprouting fresh parsley, four cups of boiling lobster broth, a cup of highly concentrated tomato sauce and drained, two tablespoons of brandy, two cups of olive oil, pepper and salt.
