This dish has an unusual name even among Menorcans, but it’s so tasty that few can forget it. In other territories or communities, they are known as 'atadillo'. It is a meat, usually a steak, which is wrapped and stuffed with hard-boiled egg, red pepper and carrot, among other ingredients. Those of us from here are aware through the cookery book Art de la cuina by Francesc Fra Roger that this recipe was already being made at the beginning of the 18th century.
