A salty recipe
Ingredients for 4 people: 400g of cod top three tablespoons of loose flour, an egg, a cup of dry white wine, a few strands of fresh parsley, ½ cup of olive oil and salt.
Preparation: The evening before you put the cod to soak in cold water.
