Llabrés Pharmacy

Llabrés Pharmacy

Llabrés Pharmacy opened its doors on the central Josep M. Quadrado Street in 1908. From 1926 to 1985, it was run by Catalina Llabrés Piris, the first female pharmacist in the Balearic Islands. It's an exceptional example of a business venue decorated in Art Nouveau style. The building is now owned by the Hesperia Foundation of the Spanish Royal House, which has ceded its use to the Foundation for People with Disabilities of Menorca. Recently restored, it's now open to the public for visitation
