Binissaida

The ‘Bites under the pines’, a light midday snack, served in the surroundings of the garden of Sant Joan de Binissaida, which allows you to have a fresh drink and carry on with the day.

In the evening, the doors of the restaurant open, where fresh, local and seasonal products are the protagonists. The defence of the flavour of the land is what connects, in this case, the roots of the Sant Joan de Binissaida project with the gastronomic proposal led by the Ses Forquilles group, in a rural and relaxed setting.
