The reference gastronomic fair of Menorca will be held on September 20 and 21 at the Es Mercadal fairgrounds, under the motto “The flavors that unite us”.
During the weekend, the heart of the island will become a showcase of local products, with tastings, direct sales and stories linked to the land and the sea.
The program will include showcookings with local and Balearic chefs, workshops, talks, a children’s area and live music, celebrating Menorcan identity through gastronomy.
