The parish of Sant Llorenç de Binixems, founded in 1301 by James II, celebrated the feast of Sant Llorenç until 1832. The church, with a basilica layout, has a sacristy on the right and a vicarage on the left, where a rural school operated until the 1980s. Its crossing, with decorated columns and a lantern that illuminates the interior, stands out. After the transfer of the feast to Alaior and the suspension of worship in 1853, the church was abandoned. It was rebuilt between 1898 and 1899 and is currently used as a youth camp for groups.
