For two centuries, the village of Sant Lluís lived off its three windmills, as farmers from all over the area came to grind the grain from their harvests. There are records that indicate that in 1776, the largest of the three, the Molí d'Enmig, existed, and that the Molí de Baix was built in 1780. The Molí de Dalt is the only one still standing, and recently restored, it is the emblem of the town.
Inside, the old flour mill now houses an ethnological museum, where we can find a fantastic collection of farming tools and instruments, as well as those of some now-extinct trades.
