The Count's Mill
Mill built at the beginning of the 19th century at the initiative of Francisca Olives i Squella (mother of the first Count of Torre-Saura) to grind and store wheat produced on her estates. It ceased milling operations in 1905. The most recent restoration of the sails and antennas, and the restoration of the internal machinery, took place in 2020. It's one of only two mills remaining from the many that once surrounded the walled city and the only one in Menorca still capable of milling. Currently, it is closed to the public.
