Calop blanc: from an ancient Balearic variety to a new white wine from Menorca, with Enric Picanyol

Enric Picanyol, owner of a vineyard in Sant Josep de Ferreries, will talk about the recovery of calop blanc. This variety, which was widely spread in Mallorca and Menorca, has been documented since the 18th century.

The meeting will provide insight into the history of this grapevine and its rescue process for current wine production.
