Maria Àngels Gornés: 50 Years of Songs

This concert commemorates fifty years of an artistic career deeply linked to poetry and the cultural identity of Menorca. Since 1976, Maria Àngels Gornés has given voice to the verses of various poets, transforming them into songs that have moved several generations and contributed to preserving the island's literary heritage.

The show offers a journey through a repertoire that pays tribute to poets such as Joan F. López Casasnovas, Gumersind Gomila, Antoni Taltavull, Àngel Ruiz i Pablo, Carme Cloquells, Damià Borràs, Pere Gomila and Gumersind Riera.
