La Terra Negra

Projection framed within the IX National Cycle of Cinema and Rural Women. This rural drama, directed by Alberto Morais, explores solitude and family bonds in a setting marked by the past.

The story follows Maria, who works alongside her brother Àngel in the village's industrial mill, a family business she had abandoned years ago. The arrival of Miquel, a man recently out of prison, generates unease and mystery in the community, testing the characters' connection in a survival environment.
