El joc del caixó: discover Menorcan tradition and strategy in the museum

Discover "el joc del caixó", the traditional Menorcan game that has withstood the passage of time. Also known as "chaquet", this strategy game, very similar to backgammon, is an essential part of local culture that we want to keep alive.

We invite you to the Menorca Museum to learn the secrets of the plays from experts. It is an ideal activity to enjoy with family, friends, or alone. This initiative celebrates International Game Day.
