This product, so uniquely ours, so representative and at the same time so international, is the flagship of Menorcan gastronomy. Recognized worldwide for its quality and unique flavor, Menorca's cheese stands out for two main reasons: its mostly artisanal production, respecting traditions, and its characteristic "fogassa" shape, achieved by compressing the curd that is later transformed into cheese.
